摘要
为评定Q460钢在焊接过程中出现焊接缺陷的倾向,根据钢材的化学成分使用碳当量、冷裂纹敏感指数、热裂纹敏感指数、临界应变增长率判据预测其焊接裂纹敏感性;通过开展焊接热影响区最高硬度试验、斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验、T形接头焊接裂纹试验评定Q460钢的焊接冷、热裂纹敏感性。结果表明Q460钢具有良好的抗冷、热裂纹能力。
To assessed weld imperfection tendency of Q460 steel in the welding process, used the criterions of carbon equivalent, cold cracking sensitivity index, hot cracking sensitivity index and critical strain rate for temperature drop to predict the weld crack sensitivity based on the chemical composition of the steel. In addition, through maximum hardness test in welding heat-affected zone, cracking test for Y-groove, cracking test for T welded joint to assessed the welding cold and hot cracking sensitivity of Q460 steel. Results showed that Q460 steel had well capability of resistance of cold and hot cracking.
