南宁市城区水系规划问题的探讨

Water system planning for downtown areas of Nanning City

自2007年至今,南宁市已完成了城市水系整治控制规划,可利江、心圩江下游河道整治与控制规划,五象新区水系控制规划等。通过对南宁市河流水系状况的分析,探讨了南宁市水系规划中水安全、水功能定位、水质目标、水量,以及水系与城市建设关系等方面问题,提出解决问题的方案和对策。

Since 2007, Nanning City has worked out governance and control plans of urban water system, plans for downstream fiver courses of Kelijiang and Xinxujiang as well as plans for water system control of Wuxiang New District. Based on analysis of current situation of fiver and water systems in Nanning City, issues related to water safety, recognition of functions of water, target of water quality enhancement, water quantity as well as relationship between water system and city construction are discussed. Finally, options and measures for problem solving are given.
