摘要
本文通过短梁剪切试验法对不同铺层参数的层间剪切强度测试,利用测试的层间剪切强度和分层面积两者比值来检验铺层参数优化的效果。结果表明,对于薄壳类零部件来讲,[+45°/0°/-45°/90°/+45°]s的铺层参数得到较高的层间剪切强度和较小的分层面积。
By the short-beam shear testing method, a change of the interlaminar shear strength due to the different laminate stacking angle and sequence is discussed. The ratio between the interlaminar shear strength of laminates and the size of the delamination can discover the optimization of the design of the laminate parameter, the result demonstrates: the preferable interlaminar shear strength and the small size of the delamination is obtained by the laminate stacking parameter: [+45°/0°/-45°/90°/+45°]s.
