钽电容器被膜生产工艺装备的设计

摘要 介绍了钽电容器被膜生产工艺装备的运行现状,分析其存在的问题,提出新的设计方案,采用虚拟样机技术进行仿真设计,以PLC为核心实现对整套设备的运行控制及提高浸剂液温度控制精度。实际运行表明,新设计的被膜生产工艺装备自动化程度高,性能良好,可靠性高,能够满足生产需求,对提高生产效率具有重要意义。 The running status of the layer forming production equipment in Tantalum capacitor process was introduced, existingproblems were analyzed. A new design was proposed and devised by virtual prototype technology. As a core, PLC was used to control the operation of the equipment and increase the control accuracy of the infusion fluid temperature. The running practice shows that the new equipment of the layer forming production process has high degree of automation, good performance, and high reliability. It can meet the production needs, which is significance to improve the production efficiency.
