摘要
建立了某汽车排气系统的有限元分析模型并对其进行了自由模态分析,基于平均驱动自由度位移(ADDOFD)方法对排气系统悬挂位置进行了选择。对排气系统进行了静力分析、约束模态分析及动力分析,分析结果表明,悬挂位置的选择是合理的,满足了系统的受力要求,避开了发动机的怠速激励频率,挂钩传递到车身的力在限值内。
The finite element analysis model of an automotive exhaust system is established and its free modal analysis was carried out. A method called "average driving DOF displacement (ADDOFD)" is used to select the hanger locations. The analysis results based on static analysis, constrained modal analysis and dynamical analysis indicate that the selection of suspension positions is reasonable, the stress of system meets the requirements. The natural frequencies of exhaust system keep away from the engine idle excitation frequency, the force transmitted to body by the hangers within the limit.
