摘要
分析了制约PVC糊树脂产能增长的因素,并有针对性地进行了改造,包括缩短清釜周期、调整乳化剂用量、改造干燥系统和包装下料系统等。改造后,设计产能为4万t/a的PVC糊树脂装置产能达到4.5万t/a。
The factors restricting PVC paste resin production capacity were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were taken, including shortening cleaning period of polymerizer, adjusting addition amount of emulsifiers, transforming drying system and packaging system, etc. After improvement, the design capacity of PVC paste resin plant increased from 40 000 t/a to 45 000 t/a.
