摘要 介绍了分光光度法测试PVC糊树脂中微量铁的基本原理。试验确定了最佳测试条件:最佳测定波长为510 nm,显色剂最佳用量为2 mL,显色时间为15 min,溶液的pH值约为4.5。测试结果表明:采用分光光度法进行PVC糊树脂中微量铁的测定具有准确、简便、快速、干扰少等优点。 The basic principles of measuring the trace iron content in PVC paste resins by spectrophotometry were introduced. Based on experiments, the optimal measuring conditions were found as follows: measurement wavelength was 510 nm, chromogenic agent dosages was 2 mL, chromogenic time was 15 min, pH value of the solution was about 4.5. The results showed that the measurement of trace iron content in PVC paste resins by spectrophotometry was accurate, convenient, rapid, and had less interference.
