摘要 为克服打磨工作粉尘多、噪声大的缺陷,将工业机器人集成到自动打磨生产线中,用于被打磨工件的自动上下料。为此设计了机器人夹具、打磨机夹具、工件料盘,从而实现了打磨工作的全自动化,完全达到了设计目的。 In order to overcome dust and noise in the grinding process, the industrial robot was integrated to the automatic grinding line, it can realize automatic load and unload of workpiece. The robot fixture, grinding machine fixture, work piece tray were designed for the full automatic grinding work and the design purpose was achieved completely.
