摘要
涡轮增压叶轮的整体结构复杂,叶片薄,需用到数控车、多轴加工等数控加工手段。分析了涡轮增压叶轮的工艺要求,提出了合理的工艺方案,并重点分析了叶轮加工中专用夹具的设计,以及叶片加工刀路的编制要点。实践表明,该方案的实施保证了叶轮的整体精度,提高了生产效率,达到客户的要求。
The structure of turbo impellers is complex and its blade is thin,so NC machining is used,such as NC lathes and multi-axis machines. Analyzing the technological requirements of turbo impellers,the paper gives a logical technological program,highlighting the design of the special fixtures in impeller machining, as well as the compiling of tool path of the blade. Practice shows that the program ensures the overall accuracy of impeller,improves the productivity and meets customer requirements.
