摘要
混凝土搅拌站自动配料系统改进前采用集成式控制,虽然自动化程度高,但在当施工现场出现控制板损坏的情况后,需要对更换的每块板一一进行重载调试,调试工作量很大,不利于现场生产的顺利进行;改进后,将其改为"一秤一表",且增加了学习功能,控制板损坏后只需更换已损坏的控制板,还能针对现场情况分别进行全自动和半自动的控制,使控制系统的故障维修时间大大缩短,维修强度大大降低,从而显著提高了生产效率。
Before improved, the control system of concrete mixing plant was integrated. Although it has a high degree of automation,but when control panel was damaged, it must be debugged with weights, the workload of debug was great. After improving, the control method was changed to“One Scale One Instrument”, and have auto-debug function, just replace the damaged instruments, and can choose full automatic or semi-automatic method for controlling according to the particular case,thus greatly shortening the repairing time and reducing the repairing strength. And as a result,the production efficiency can be significantly improved.
