摘要
对粤电中山热电厂高、低压给水泵、省煤器再循环泵定速运行和变频运行比较,分析了高、低压变频技术在热电厂辅机设备的应用现状。结果表明:高、低压变频技术是对整个机组运行优化和实现经济性运行的系统项目,既可满足生产过程对电动机调速控制的要求,又可达到节能降耗的目的。
This paper provided a comparison of constant-speed operation and frequency-controlled operation of the high and low pressure feed water pumps, as well as the economizer recirculation pump in Yudean Zhongshan Thermal Power Plant. The present application of high- and low-voltage frequency conversion in auxiliary equipments of the thermal power plant was analyzed. Results show that the high-and low-voltage frequency control technology is a system project that optimizes the operation and realizes the economic running of the entire unit, being capable of both meeting the requirement of motor speed control in the production process and achieving the goal of higher energy efficiency.
