摘要 中国石化甲醇进料600 kt/a,烯烃产量200 kt/a的甲醇制低碳烯烃(S-MTO)工业示范装置于2011年10月10日建成投产,平稳运行至今,结果表明双烯收率为81.35%,甲醇转化率为99.93%。分析了影响S-MTO反应的主要因素:反应温度、水醇比、空速、反应压力、催化剂积炭情况、反应停留时间等。反应催化剂上带有一定量的积炭可以提高低碳烯烃选择性。应结合反应产品组成分析数据和主要操作参数的变化来优化。 The 600,000 TPY commercial demonstration S-MTO plant was built and successfully started up on October 10th, 2011. In the normal operation, the yield of two olefins is 81.35% , and the methanol conversion is 99.93 %. The analysis shows that the main impact factors are the reaction temperature, water to methanol ratio, space velocity, reactor pressure, carbon deposit on the catalyst and reactor residence time, etc. A certain amount of carbon deposit on the reaction catalyst can improve the selectivity of low-carbon ole- fins. The optimization should be made based upon the analysis of reaction products and variations of main operating conditions, the average value in the time period and change of transient value.
