船用轻质燃料油企业标准的建立

Establishment of enterprise standard of distillate marine fuels

介绍了中国石化首次推出的船用轻质燃料油Q/SH PRD0573—2014《轻质燃料油企业标准》的建立过程,并对船用轻质燃料油的密度、闪点、十六烷指数、硫含量等主要质量指标加以说明。该燃料油(分为SHR-1和SHR-2)以满足中高速船舶柴油机需求为主,产品适用于内河、沿海中高速船舶柴油机。通过与国内外其他船用燃料油的质量标准进行对比可知,该燃料油产品的密度、十六烷指数、闭口闪点、色度、硫含量、润滑性等主要质量指标均满足船舶用油需求,尤其该燃料油中硫质量分数不高于1 500μg/g,远优于GB/T 17411—2012《船用燃料油》规定的不高于15 000μg/g,说明该燃料油环保性能好。船用轻质燃料油区别于陆上柴油,水上适用性强,油品性价比高,目前已成为替代0号普通柴油的主要品种。

The establishment process of Q/SH PRD0573--2014 ＂Enterprise Standard of Distillate Marine Fuels＂ is introduced. The important specifications of distillate marine fuel quality are described such as density, flash point, cetane number, sulfur, etc. The marine fuels are divided into two types, i.e. SHR-1 and SHR-2. They are produced to meet the requirements of middle and high speed diesel engines of ships. The products are specifically suitable for the medium or high speed marine diesel engines for inland river and coast- al area. The comparison with the product specifications of overseas marine fuels shows that the density, eetane number, closecup flash point, sulfur, lubricity all meet the marine fuel specifications. The sulfur content is much lower than the 15 000 ppm specification in standard GB/T 17411--2012 ＂Marine Fuel Oils＂ and it is an environmentally friendly fuel. The marine distillate fuel oil is different from inland diesel oil. It has a good adaptability in marine environment, higher performance to cost ratio and is the main product to replace 0# diesel.
