摘要
研究了造纸湿部施胶用两性淀粉LXB-3的最佳制备工艺及应用性能,结果表明,LXB-3的最佳制备工艺为pH=11,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵添加量6.0%,冰醋酸添加量1.5%,阳离子反应时间4h,羧甲基反应时间2.3h。所得产品LXB-3淀粉用于纸张湿部施胶,能够提高纸和纸板耐折度、耐破度、环压强度等物理指标。
The optimum preparation process and application performance of amphoteric starch LXB-3 for wet end sizing was studied. The results showed that the optimum preparation process was:pH=11, the dosage of 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride was 6.0%, glacial acetic acid was 1.5%, the cationic reaction time was 4h, the carboxymethyl reaction time was 2.3h. The perfor-mance of folding endurance, bursting strength and ring crush strength of paper and cardboard was improved when the product was used to wet end sizing.
