摘要 在以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯甲基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙醇胺、乙二醇丁醚、乙二胺四乙酸为主要原料制备的清洗剂配方中,研究了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙醇胺、乙二醇丁醚的用量对清洗剂清洗效果的影响。通过正交试验优化了实验参数,得到了所选水平下的最佳配方:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用量为5%,乙醇胺用量为5%,乙二醇丁醚用量为15%。该配方下清洗剂的泡沫较少,碱性较强,清洗效果最佳。 In the formulation of LCD cleaning agent which applied fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polypropylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ethanol, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid as the main raw material, the effect of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ethanol, and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether dosage on the cleaning agent efficacy was studied. Experimental parameters were optimized by orthogonal test under the selected level:the amount of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 5%, ethanolamine 5%, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether to 15%. Under the formulation, detergent foam was less, alkaline was stronger and cleaning effect was best.
