A cooperation contract was signed by Southeast University in Nanjinp, capital of east China＇s Jiangsu Province, and the Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co. Ltd. （OVM）, on the university＇s Sipailou Campus on July 9. The contract, which was cosigned by Pu Yuepu, Vice President of Southeast University, and ZhengJin, Chairman of OVM, laid the guidelines for the establishment of a joint prestress research center by the two sides. A nameplate for the center was also unveiled during the event.
