摘要
建立了一种原子荧光法测定化妆品中砷和汞的方法,采用正交设计方法对分析条件进行优化,获得最佳测定条件组合,确定影响分析测试准确度的主要因素,以提高方法准确度、灵敏度。砷和汞分别在0—150μg/L和0~2.0μg/L范围有好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.12μg/L和0.016μg/L,回收率在95.1%-104%,RSD为1.02%-2.46%。结果显示,该方法准确性好,精密度高,操作简便,适合大批量样品的测定。并将该方法应用到实际样品中,结果均满足化妆品的卫生化学指标要求。
An atomic fluorescence method was established for the determination of arsenic and hydrargyrum in cosmetic. Analytical conditions were optimized using the orthogonal design method. The optimized conditions and the main factors affecting the accuracy and sensitivity were obtained. The linearity for As and Hg was confirmed within the range of 0-150.0 μg/L and 0-2.0μg/L, respectively; and, the detection limits were 0.12 g/L, 0.016 g/L at the same time. The mean recoveries were both between 95.1% and 104%, with precision ranged from 1.02% to 2.46%. The results showed that the method is of good accuracy and precision with simple operation, and suitable for the analysis of a lot of samples. The method was used to determine the As and Hg in cosmetic samples; and the results satisfied the demands of cosmetic sanitary chemistry index.
