中国历史上有两种草原生态观念在同时发生作用,一种是把草原作为基本生产资料的对立型草原生态观,另一种是把草原作为生命来源与归宿的和谐型草原生态观。挽救草原退化的危局,关键是从观念上彻底摆脱对立型草原生态观的束缚,理解与践行和谐型草原生态观。为此,分别论述了两种草原生态观的表现形式、特质与影响。
