摘要
采用S.marcescens LJL-11和A.beijerinckii LJL-12菌肥浸种及根灌施肥处理,在初花期对苜蓿的生物量和品质进行分析,研究PGPR菌株制成的菌肥对大田苜蓿生长和品质的影响。结果表明,施用LJL-12和LJL-11菌肥,苜蓿株高提高了9.14%~20.57%,分枝数和干草产量分别提高23.07%~39.28%和15.69%~40.38%,且苜蓿粗蛋白质含量和含磷量增加了7.67%~16.11%和13.79%~32%,显著高于对照,粗纤维含量降低了5.7%~24.02%,低于对照。说明试验处理条件下LJL-11和LJL-12两种菌肥是有效的菌肥,可以在大田促进苜蓿的生长,提高其产量和品质。
The effects of bacterial manures S. marcescens LJL-11 and A. beijerinckii LJL-12 on alfalfa were studied in field using seed-soaking and root-irrigating methods with the classical randomized designs. The plant biomass and quality were measured and analyzed in initial bloom stage to investigate the effects of bacterial manures made from selective promising PGPR strains in the laboratory on alfalfa growth and quality in the field. The results showed that compared with the control, the height of alfalfa treated with bacterial manures LJL-12 and LJL 11 was increased by 9.14%-20. 57% ; branch numbers were increased by 23.07%-39.28%, and hay yields by 15.69%-40.38% ; the crude-protein content of alfalfa was in- creased by 7.67%-16.11% ,and phosphorus content was increased by 13.79%-32%, which were signif icantly higher than those of control, while the crude-fiber content was lower, and were reduced by 5.7 %- 24.02%. These results showed that two bacterial manures LJL-11 and LJL-12 could effectively promote alfalfa growth and quality in the field condition.
