居民健康卡发卡过程中卡的安全性和唯一性保障是决定健康卡未来应用和管理的重要前提。本文详细介绍了辽宁省居民健康卡发卡过程中安全性和唯一性保障措施,为全国其他地区发卡提供参考。
The safety and uniqueness of residential health card issuing is the most important premise of application and management of the health card in the future. This paper introduces the guarantee measures of safety and uniqueness in the card issuing process of Liaoning province in details,which could be referred to by other regions during card issuing.
