商业智能在医疗卫生领域的应用

Application Research of Business Intelligence in Medical and Health Field

通过分析目前医疗卫生领域普遍面临的问题,简要介绍了商业智能的概念及医疗卫生领域商业智能的框架;并总结了应用商业智能对医疗服务、医疗管理、公共卫生和医保管理四个方面产生的影响,最后探讨了商业智能在医疗卫生领域的实施对策和应用前景,指出在医疗领域应用商业智能必将促进海量医疗数据的有效利用,为管理者提供决策支持,使管理水平迈上一个新台阶。

This paper analyzes the common problems in medical and health field at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the concept of business intelligence （BI） and the application framework of BI in healthcare . The impacts of BI in health services, health management, public health and health insurance management have been summarized. In the conclusion part, this paper discusses the measures and application prospect of BI in healthcare. And it points out that BI in healthcare will greatly promote the effective use of abundant medical data, provide decision support and improve the level of management dramatically.
