摘要
视"自卑与追求优越"为人的最本质属性,是阿德勒人格教育的起点与归宿。在这一人性论基础上,阿德勒建构起了他独具特色的人格教育观,包括"整体"的人格教育分析观、"合群"的人格教育标准观、"自我实现"的人格教育建构观及"三位一体"的人格教育模式。阿德勒的人格教育观对于全面了解儿童的人格,优化教育竞争氛围,正确引导儿童的心灵成长,完善学校心理咨询室建设具有十分重要的理论借鉴价值和现实指导意义。
Regarding "inferiority and striving for superiority" as the most essential nature of human is the starting point and the end - result of Adler' s personality education, according to which Adler propounded his unique concept of personality education. Adler' s concept of personality education includes the "integral" analysis concept of personality education, the i, Gregarious" standard concept of personality education, the "Self - fulfilling" construction concept of personality education and the "Trinitarian" mode of personality education. Adler' s concept of personality education has theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance to understand children's personality comprehensively, optimize the educational competitive atmosphere, guide the spiritual growth of children correctly and improve the construction of school counseling room.
