经尿道前列腺电切术89例临床分析

Transurethral resection of the prostate： clinical analysis of 89 cases

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析89例TURP患者的临床资料.结果 TURP均一次手术成功,无严重出血或再次手术、排尿困难等并发症.随访12 ～24个月,平均15个月,排尿均较术前明显好转,生活质量大为改善.结论 TURP具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,治疗效果肯定.

Objective To explore the effect of transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods Clinical data of 89 patients with TURP were retrospectively analyzed.Results TURP is successful,no serious complications such as bleeding or reoperation,dysuria.The patients were followed up for 12-24 months,with an average of 15 months.The micturition and the quality of life were significantly improved than preoperation.Conclusion TURP has small trauma,rapid recovery,etc,and its treatment effect is satisfied.
