老年脑瘤术后患者尿道感染的相关危险因素分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 分析老年脑瘤术后患者尿路感染（UTI）发生相关的危险因素.方法 回顾性分析4 634例接受开颅手术的老年（55岁以上）脑瘤患者的临床资料,对相关因素进行单变量和多变量分析,研究与围手术期UTI发生的相关因素.结果 4 634例中,5.5％ （258/4634）患者在围手术期发生UIT.经多变量分析,女性（OR：2.2,P＜0.01）、高龄（OR：1.4,P＜0.01）、急诊患者（OR：1.8,P＜0.01）、总住院时间（OR：1.08,P＜0.01）、合并症评分（OR：1.04,P＜0.05）、术后水容量异常（OR：1.96,P＜0.01）、肺部并发症（OR：1.3,P＜0.01）等均与UTI有关.结论 围手术期UTI主要与合并疾病和术后并发症有关.
