Study on the Re-employment Problem of Retired Athletes —— from the perspective of analysis and discussion of factors

退役运动员再就业问题关系到我国运动技术水平的提高和体育事业的持续发展,关系到运动队伍的长远建设和体育后备人才的培养与储备,意义重大。以制约退役运动员再就业的因素分析为视角,从文化素质、心理调适、就业观念、政府扶持等五个方面来分析探讨,从三个方面对解决退役运动员再就业问题进行思考。

Re-employment of retired athletes is related to the improvement of technical level and the sustainable development of sports undertakings of our country, is related to the long-term construction of sports teams and the cultivation of reserve sports talents, is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the factors restrict to the re-employment of retired athletes, discusses from five aspects of the cultural quality, psychological adjustment, the concept of employment, the government support, and think about solving the problem of re-employment of retired athletes from three aspects.
