安徽省竞技体育后备人才发展现状与对策探讨

The Status and Countermeasures of Developing Competitive Sports Reserve Talents in Anhui Province

运用文献资料、实地调研、问卷调查等研究方法,对安徽省竞技体育后备人才现状进行了分析。研究发现:安徽省竞技体育存在优势项目上后备人才人数不足、运动项目布局不合理、规模竞争力与层次竞争后劲不足等问题,对策:适当地缩短战线、突出重点、调整结构、发挥优势,控制招生及运动训练,使政策性安置与职业技术型学校有机联合,完善运动员的退役保障体系,加强后备体育人才培养系统的监督。

Using methods of literature review, field study, questionnaire surveys, the analysis of the status of competitive sports reserve talents development in Anhui province has been conducted, which shows that the advantage competitive sports events are characterized by the inadequate number of sports talents, the unreasonable layout of sports events as well as insufficient competitive power in scales and levels. Countermeasures to solve those questions involves cutting down the battle line appropriately, highlighting the key points, restructuring, exploiting the advantages, controlling the recruitment, controlling the sports training, organically combining the political settlement with the vocational technical schools, improving the security system of sportsmen＇s retirement, enhancing the supervision of the sports reserve talents developing system.
