新加坡公务员日常考核的具体做法

摘要 日常考核是新加坡公务员管理的一大特色,形成了各环节相互衔接的考核体系。在考核目标的设定上,采用目标管理法;在考核主体的设定上,选择由服务对象和上级主管进行评价;在考核指标的设定上,采用量化考核的方法;在考核方式的选择上,采用考勤法和日记监督法。
