发展开放型经济已经成为国家战略,国家中心城市代表着国家参与全球竞争的"第一梯队",广州作为我国五个国家中心城市之一,其开放型经济面临现实瓶颈,要坚持实施"走出去"和"引进来"并重、坚持引进"外资"和"外智"并重、坚持提升国际化载体集约功能和创新功能并重等策略促进广州开放型经济可持续发展。

It has been national strategy of developing open economy. The National Center City （NCC） represents the country to participate in the global competition as the first echelon. Guangzhou open economy is confronted with the real problems as one member of five NCCs. To promote the sustainable development of Guangzhou＇s open economy, the paper suggests that it＇s necessary to insist implementation of the strategy of ＂ going out＂ and ＂bringing in＂ ,of foreign capital and foreign intelligence, of improving intensive function and innovation function of some international industry park.
