摘要
浙江省共有 18台 12 5MW发电机组 ,均为上海锅炉厂生产的 4 2 0t/h超高压、中间再热锅炉 ,每台锅炉配备 2台直径 6 .7m回转式空预器 ,空预器的漏风率长期超过设计漏风率较多 ,导致锅炉送、引风机电耗高 ,锅炉热经济性差。文章分析了长兴电厂 4号和 5号锅炉空预器漏风率高的原因 ,通过对空预器的改造使漏风率下降到 4 .5 %左右 ,机组送、引风机电耗大大下降 ,锅炉热经济性提高 。
No 4&5 boilers of Changxing power plant were supplied by Shanghai boiler plant. Each boiler has two regenerative air heaters. The actual leakage of air heaters is always higher than designing value (10.7%). This resulted in increase of electric power consumption of FDFs and IDFs and decrease of thermal efficiency. The cause of high leakage of the air heaters is analyzed and the each overhauling to the air heaters is stated in the paper. So the new type of VN air heater was adopted in this year and the performance of unit is improved greatly.
