河南省开封地区新婚夫妇免费婚检的现状及原因分析

Analysis on current situation and causes of free premarital examination in Kaifeng area of He'nan province

目的:通过问卷调查,了解河南省开封地区免费婚检的现状和存在的问题,为改善开封地区婚检工作提供可行的政策建议。方法:在开封地区随机抽取2个区(县)进行问卷调查,使用SPSS19.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:开封地区新婚夫妇的婚检率为74.4%,通许县和杞县的婚检率分别是100.0%和47.4%。新婚夫妇未参加婚检的主要原因包括:婚检机构服务质量差、水平低,担心隐私得不到保护,程序复杂。结论:免费婚检政策背景下,地方的多部门配合和干预政策会使婚检率出现巨大的差距。

Objective： To understand the current situation and existing problems of free premarital examination in Kaifeng area of He＇nan province by questionnaire survey, put forward feasible policies and suggestions for improving premarital examination work in Kaifeng area. Methods： Two districts （counties） were randomly selected from Kaifeng area to carry out questionnaire survey, SPSS19. 0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results： The premarital examination rate of newlyweds in Kaifeng area was 74.4%, the premarital examination rates in Tongxu county and Qi county were 100. 0% and 47.4%, respectively. The main causes of not participating in premarital examination rate among newlyweds included poor service quality and low level of premarital institutions, worrying about privacy and complex procedures. Conclusion： Under the background of free premarital examination policy, cooperation of local many departments and intervention policy will result in premarital examination rate appear huge gap.
