Comprehensive analysis on screening results of gynecological diseases in He 'nan province in 2012

目的:综合评价2012年河南省妇女病筛查结果,横向分析比较各市妇女病筛查现状和差异。方法:取妇女病检查率、查出率、滴虫性阴道炎患病率、宫颈糜烂患病率、尖锐湿疣患病率、卵巢癌患病率、宫颈癌患病率、乳腺癌患病率8项指标,应用秩和比法综合分析评价。结果:2012年河南省妇女病筛查结果分为劣、中、优3档,其中郑州市、濮阳市、洛阳市为劣档,驻马店市、焦作市、开封市、平顶山市、信阳市、南阳市、新乡市、商丘市、三门峡市、济源市为中档,漯河市、周口市、安阳市、许昌市、鹤壁市妇女病筛查结果优于同年筛查的河南省其他城市为优档。结论:2012年河南省各市妇女病筛查结果有好有坏,要提高妇女病筛查信息上报质量,加大宣传教育,增强政府重视程度,促进妇女健康水平。

Objective： To comprehensively evaluate the screening results of gynecological diseases in Hehan province in 2012, and horizontally analyze the current situation and difference of gynecological diseases in different cities, Methods ： Eight indicators （ the detection rate and screening rate of gynecological diseases, the prevalence rates of tfichomonas vaginitis, cervical erosion, verruca acuminata, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and breast cancer） were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by RSR method. Results： The screening resuits of gynecological diseases in He＇nan province in 2012 were divided into three grades： bad grade （Zhengzhou city, Puyang city and Luoyang city） , middle grade （Zhumadian city, Jiaozuo city, Kaifeng city, Pingdingshan city, Xinyang city, Nanyang city, Xinxiang city, Shaugqiu city, Sanmenxia city, and Jiyuan city） and good grade （Luohe city, Zhoukou city, Anyang city, Xuchang city and Hebi city） . Conclusion： In 2012, the screening results of gynecological diseases in these cities varied in Hehan province. To promote maternal health level, the quality of reported screening information of gynecological diseases should be improved, propagandism and education should be enhanced and the government should pay more attention to screening of gynecological diseases.
