PI3K/Akt信号通路及PTEN与孤独症的研究进展

摘要 磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路作为细胞内重要的信号转导通路之一,是一个经典抗凋亡、促存活的信号转导途径,是孤独症与细胞凋亡有关的重要信号转导通路,在细胞内发挥着抑制凋亡及促进增殖的作用。而PTEN基因是迄今为止发现的第一个具有双重特异性磷酸酶活性的高度保守的抑癌基因,其编码的蛋白PTEN能特异性地使磷脂酰肌醇-3,4,5-三磷酸(PIP3)去磷酸化,
