护理质量敏感性指标的研究进展 被引量：160

Nursing-sensitive quality indicators: a literature review

摘要 护理质量是医院质量的重要组成部分，护理质量管理是护理管理的核心，护理质量评价是护理质量管理的中心环节，而敏感性指标的选择是护理质量评价的关键所在。客观、科学、敏感的质量指标不仅可以有效评价护理质量．而且能正确地帮助与指导临床护理工作，指导护理工作者有针对性地对护理问题进行持续质量改进。现将国内外护理质量敏感性指标的制订与应用研究综述如下。
