加温式医用弹力袜的设计与应用 被引量：17

Design and application of graduated compression stockings with heating patches

摘要 研制一种加温式医用弹力袜，用于预防手术患者下肢深静脉血栓和术中低体温的发生。患者于术前1h穿着加温式弹力袜，弹力袜足底的加温片状贴剂在12h内持续不断地释放热量，袜底与足底皮肤接触面温度为40-50℃。袜头的特殊设计便于术中随时观察足背皮温和肢端末梢血液循环。临床试用36例，患者未发生下肢深静脉血栓和术中低体温。
