雪胆素片与盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊联合治疗慢性荨麻疹

Application of Xuedansu tablets combined with Epinastine hydrochloride capsules to treatment of chronic urticaria

目的探讨雪胆素片与盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选择已确诊为慢性荨麻疹的115例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为三组,联合治疗组(A组)48例,采用雪胆素片加盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊;盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊治疗组(B组)33例;雪胆素片治疗组(C组)34例。比较各组患者治疗的有效率及观察不良反应。结果 A、B组和C组的总有效率分别为91.7%、75.6%和64.7%,以A组最高,三组比较,有效率有统计学差异(χ2=9.078 56,P<0.01)。A组的总有效率分别与B组和C组的总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=3.92,P<0.05;χ2=9.21,P<0.01)。B组与C组的总有效率比较,无统计学差异(χ2=0.98,P>0.05)。此外,三组中均有个别患者出现轻微不良反应,但未影响治疗。三组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雪胆素片与盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效较好,优于每种药物单独应用,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To study the application of Xuedansu tablets （containing Hemsleyadin as the main ingredient） combined with Epinastine hydrochloride capsules to treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 115 patients, who had been diagnosed as chronic urticaria, were enrolled in the study. They were divided into three groups via randomized number table, i.e. combined treatment group （ Group A, n = 48 ） treated with Xuedansu tablets combined with Epinastine hydrochloride capsules, Epinastine group （ Group B, n = 33 ） treated with Epinastine hydrochloride capsules, and Xuedansu group （ Group C, n = 34） treated with Xuedansu tablets. Effective rates were compared among the three groups, and adverse reactions were observed as well. Results The effective rates were 91.7% in the Group A,75.6% in the Ggroup B and 64.7% in the Group C. There were significant differences among the three groups （ χ2 = 9. 078 56, P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate of the combined Group A was significantly higher that of any of the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ χ2 = 3.92, P 〈 0.05 ; χ2 = 9.21, P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in effective rate between the Group B and the Group C （χ2 = 0. 98, P 〉 0.05 ）. Moreover, slight adverse reactions occurred in all the three groups, without obvious interference with the treatment. Conclusion Without obvious adverse reactions, Xuedansu tablets combined with Epinastine hydrochloride capsules are therapeutically effective on chronic urticaria.
