摘要
本文介绍了采用三层共挤(ABC)吹膜技术制造高表面能防静电聚乙烯薄膜的工艺,该工艺解决了塑料薄膜低表面电阻率和高表面能难以同时实现、防静电薄膜无法与其它基材粘结复合的技术问题,也解决了原流延工艺难以成膜、粘结强度低、高温易炭化、制袋后封口强度低的质量问题。用该工艺制得的高表面能防静电聚乙烯薄膜水蒸汽渗透率、拉伸强度、断裂力、耐戳穿等机械物理性能优异,可满足精密机械电子、军工产品等对包装材料的特殊要求。
Three layers co-extrusion (ABC) blown film technology in producing high surface anti-static polyethylene film process was introduced in this paper, which can be used to solve difficulty to achieve the plastic film of low surface resistivity and high surface energy at the same time, and the technical problems that the anti-static film can't composite with other substrate, and quality problems that the difficulty to film formation in original cast process, low adhesive strength, easy carbonization high temperature, low sealing strength after bag making, the quality problem of the low intensity, high surface anti-static polyethylene film made from this process is of excellent water vapor permeability, tensile strength, rupture strength, puncture resistance and other excellent mechanical and physical performance, which can meet the special requirements to packaging materials like precision machinery and electronics, military products.
