矿井煤与瓦斯突出规律及挡突装置数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为最大限度地减少煤与瓦斯突出造成的人员伤亡和经济损失,结合平煤六矿地质条件,揭示煤与瓦斯突出强度与开采深度、抛出物抛出速度及抛出物沿巷道传播规律之间的关系。研制一种挡突装置,采用数值模拟方法分析煤与瓦斯突出强度变化及突出后流体对挡突装置的冲击情况。结果表明:该矿煤与瓦斯突出强度、抛出物抛出速度及抛出物沿巷道传播规律与开采深度之间存在非线性关系;挡突装置安装在距突出地点12 m处较为合适,该装置可将煤与瓦斯突出封闭在一定范围内。该研究为煤与瓦斯突出灾害防治提供了新方法。 This paper features a coal and gas outburst-preventing and controlling arrangement developed for a maximum reduction in casualties and economic losses due to the outburst in coal and gas. The development of the arrangement comes from the geological conditions occurring in number six mine in Pingdingshan coal group and the disclosed mechanism underlying the relationship between coal and gas outburst intensity on the one hand, and mining depth, the speed at which ejecta are thrown out, and the mechanism by which ejeeta propagate along tunnel, on the other hand. The viability of arrangement is validated by the numerical simulation of the impact on the process arrangement of the change in coal and gas outburst and fluid due to outburst. The results suggest a nonlinear relationship between the mine coal and gas outburst intensity on the one hand, and mining depth, the speed at which ejecta are thrown out, and the mechanism by which ejecta propagate along tunnel, on the other hand; the proper installation place for the arrangement, namely 12 m from the prominent locations; and the proven ability of the arrangement to enclose coal and gas outburst in a certain range. This study promises a new method for preventing and controlling the disasters due to coal and gas outburst.
