摘要 甲烷水合物蓄冷量的确定是甲烷水合物蓄冷降温技术实现工业化的关键.为探究SDS对甲烷水合物蓄冷量的影响,根据Clausius-Clapeyron方程及三参数对应态原理,建立甲烷水合物蓄冷量的计算模型.利用可视化水合物蓄冷实验系统,结合定温压力搜索法测定四组不同SDS浓度体系下甲烷水合物的相平衡条件.依据实验数据和该模型计算得到不同体系、不同相平衡参数下甲烷水合物的蓄冷量.结果表明:甲烷水合物具有较高的蓄冷密度,蓄冷量达40~ 60 k J/mol;甲烷水合物的蓄冷量不但与相平衡条件有关,还与SDS的添加浓度有关.相平衡温度越高、SDS添加浓度越高,甲烷气体生成水合物时蓄冷量越低.该研究为甲烷水合物蓄冷降温系统的研制提供了参考. This paper follows from the recognition that the determination of methane hydrate cool storage quantity holds the key to realizing the industrialization of methane hydrate cool storage technology. The recognition underlies an exploration of the effects of SDS on quantity of methane hydrate storage. The exploration consists of developing the calculation model for cool storage quantity of methane hydrate, based on the Clausius-Clapeyron equation and corresponding state principle with three parameters; deter- minating the phase equilibrium parameters for four groups of different methane hydrate within SDS solu- tion using visual hydrate cool storage experiment system, combined with pressure search method; and u- sing experimental data of methane hydrate phase equilibrium and calculation model for and methane hy- drate cool storage quantity to obtain the cold storage quantity under the different system and different phase equilibrium parameter. The results show that methane hydrate with higher cold storage density has cold quantity of about 40- 60 k J/tool; its cool storage quantity is related not only to the phase equilibrium conditions, but also to the addition concentration of SOS; the higher phase equilibrium temperature and the higher concentration of SDS means the lower cold storage quantity of unit mass methane gas hydrate formation. The study may provide the reference for the development of methane hydrate storage cooling system.
