摘要 为了探索纳米二氧化硅改性LDPE膜对草莓的保鲜效果,研究了常规LDPE薄膜和纳米二氧化硅改性LDPE膜对采后草莓贮藏期间生理和品质的影响。研究发现,与对照组相比,纳米二氧化硅改性LDPE膜可抑制草莓腐烂指数的上升,延缓硬度和可滴定酸含量的下降,保持较高的抗氧化相关酶的活性,减少活性氧自由基的积累,保持贮藏后期较高的抗坏血酸和总酚含量。贮藏第14天,纳米二氧化硅改性LDPE膜中草莓的腐烂指数比对照组低42.85%,可滴定酸含量和硬度分别比对照组高7.10%和20.07%,超氧阴离子产生速率和过氧化氢含量分别比对照组低12.75%和14.98%,抗坏血酸和总酚含量分别比对照组高19.09%和8.95%。结果表明,纳米二氧化硅改性LDPE膜有利于保持草莓贮藏品质,其作为草莓保鲜包装具有潜在的应用前景。 In order to study the effect of nano-SiO2LDPE film on strawberry storage,the influences of low density polyethylene( LDPE) film and nano-SiO2LDPE film on physiology and quality of postharvest strawberry were investigated. Results showed that compared with the control( LDPE lm),nano-SiO2LDPE packaging significantly decreased decay rate by 42. 85% and inhibited the reduction of firmness and titratable acid content by 20. 07% and7. 10%,respectively. Meanwhile,suppressed reactive oxygen species( ROS) accumulations including superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide which were 12. 75% and 14. 98% lower than that stored in normal LDPE packaging were found,respectively. Furthermore,the activities of antioxidant enzymes involved in ROS scavenging action were significantly higher than the control at the later period of storage. In addition,nano-SiO2LDPE packaging could keep ascorbic acid and total phenols contents at relatively higher level during the later period of storage which was 19. 09% and 8. 95%higher than the control,respectively. These results indicated that nano-SiO2LDPE film packaging could provide a potential alternative for maintaining quality and prolonging storage life of strawberry.
