单药伊达比星巩固治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨单药伊达比星(IDA)巩固治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的治疗效果及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年12月中山市人民医院血液科收治的初治的急性早幼粒细胞白血病78例,完全缓解64例,分为单药伊达比星组(IDA组)27例与吡柔比星+阿糖胞苷组(DA组)37例,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果:64例中复发9例,其中IDA组3例,DA组6例,差异无统计学意义,两组间3年无病生存率比较差异无统计学意义。血液毒性方面两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),IDA组的血液学毒性较低;心脏毒性方面两组间虽无统计学差异,但IDA组心脏不良事件发生率低于DA组。结论:IDA组单药方案与DA组方案巩固治疗APL疗效相似,但IDA组不良反应较低,心脏毒性更低。IDA单药方案可作为急性早幼粒细胞白血病有效巩固治疗的优选化疗方案。
