护理干预对纤维支气管镜检查患者的影响

Effects of nursing intervention on patients with bronchial microscope examination

目的：探讨护理干预对纤维支气管镜（支纤镜）检查患者的疗效影响。方法选取2010年10月至2011年10月在本院呼吸内科住院并行支纤镜检查的患者120例，随机分为实验组和对照组各60例，实验组的患者由专人实施专门的护理干预，对照组的患者采取传统的护理方式进行护理。观察两组患者的满意度及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.01），术后低氧、发热、心律失常等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论对支纤镜检查患者实施护理干预能有效减轻患者的不良情绪，有利于检查的顺利进行及疾病的康复。

Objective To explore effects of nursing intervention on patients with bronchial microscope examination .Methods A total of 120 patients who stayed in respiratory department of this hospital and accepted bronchial microscope examination form October 2010 to October 2011.They were divided into experimental group and control group , 60 patients in each group.Patients in experimental group were nursed specially by special persons , and those in control group were nursed with conventional method.Satisfaction and complications of pa-tients in each group were observed.Results Satisfaction of patients in experimental group was obviously higher than that in control group （ P〈0.01 ） .In experimental group , incidence of complications after operations , including low oxygen , fever and abnormal heart rate , were obviously lower than those in control group （allP〈0.05） .Conclusions Nursing intervention can ease the bad mood of patients effectively , and is good for successful examination and recovery of health.
