摘要
玉米是典型喜温喜光的C4植物,对温度条件要求较高,对冷害的抗性一般较弱。本文综述了冷害的概念及机理、玉米抗冷性鉴定方法、抗冷机理、玉米在低温胁迫下生长发育、生理生化变化、基因研究进展以及提高玉米抗冷性的途径。
Maize is thermophilic and photophilous as a typical C4 plant,which requires high temperature conditions with a weak resistance to the cold. This paper reviews the concept and mechanism of chilling injury, identification methods for cold resistant maize, mechanism of cold resistance, physiological changes of maize growth and development under cold stress, research progress on genetic and biochemical view, and new ways to improve cold resistance of maize.
