摘要
挖掘和利用广西普通野生稻中的优良、抗逆基因,创新水稻不育系。用高抗白叶枯病普通野生稻材料1-428与自育品种杂交,经过多代回交和自交选育,获得了抗白叶枯病的中间材料,利用该抗性材料与抗褐飞虱野生稻1-513杂交,获得F1,F1出现部分结实低的株系,通过连续多代的回交,转育出抗白叶枯病的不育新品系。该不育系株叶形态优良,分蘖强,开花习性好,花粉败育彻底,配合力高,米质优,高抗白叶枯病。通过野生稻核置换,可以培育出新的细胞质抗性不育系。
Exploring and utilizing of eminent and resistant genes of Guangxi's Oryza rufipogon, the research aims to creatively breed the new sterile line of rice. By crossing self fertile lines and Oryza rufipogon material 1-428 which is high resistance to bacterial leaf blight, and after many generations of backcross and selfing selection, intermediate materials resistant to bacterial blight has been bred. Crossing the resistant materials and Oryza rufipogon 1-513 which is resistant to BPH,the F1 generation receive the low seed-set rate strains. Keep doing the continuous multigenerational backcross,it can be bred the new bacterial blight resistant sterile strains. The sterile strains have many desirable agronomic traits:good leaf morphological structures, powerful tillering, good flowering habit, complete pollen sterility, good grain quality,high combining ability and high bacterial blight resistance. The new cytoplasmic male sterile line could be bred through the nuclear transportation of wild rices.
