不同基因型谷子幼苗期对低氮胁迫的响应 被引量:14

摘要 为研究不同品种谷子抗低氮胁迫能力,以12个品种谷子幼苗为试验材料,分别用氮浓度为5.0mmol/L和0.1mmol/L的营养液浇灌对照组与低氮组,在蛭石中培养1个月后测量苗高、根长、生物量、氮累积量、氮利用效率和耐低氮指数。结果表明,随着低氮胁迫的进行,12个谷子品种的生长受显著影响,但品种间受低氮胁迫的程度不同,与对照组相比,各品种的苗高、生物量、氮累积量均有不同程度的降低;氮利用效率升高;根长有的降低有的升高。通过隶属函数综合分析,冀谷31、龙谷31为耐低氮胁迫基因型。这对不同地区选择耐低氮的夏谷品种具有一定的指导意义。 For studying the tolerance of different millet genotypes to low nitrogen, 12 millet varieties were taken as materials in their seedling stage, and were treated with 5mmol/L,0. 1 mmol/L nitrogen nutrient solutions as control and low nitrogen trentment, respectively. Seedling height, root length, biomass, N accumulation, NUE, tolerance index of low nitrogen were measured after 1 month cultivation in vermiculite. The results showed that during the low N stress ,the growth of 12 varieties were significantly affected, but different tolerance was observed among varieties. Compared with control, seedling height, biomass, N accumulation decreased inordinately, NUE increased, and root length varied,Membership function analysis concluded Jigu 31, Longgu 31 were tolerant varieties to low N, which provided guidance for choosing low nitrogen-tolerant varieties of different areas.
