摘要 针对锡器具乳与乳制品,建立相应的锡检测方法,为食品安全检测作检测依据.用微波消解处理乳与乳制品样品,原子荧光法测定锡;通过优化还原剂浓度、载流波等实验条件,能达到比较理想的检测乳与乳制品中锡的质量浓度.结果表明,在最优实验条件下,仪器的检出限为0.060 μg/L;在0~200 μg/L质量浓度范围中,锡的线性相关系数均大于0.999.采用锡标准溶液及不同种类样品进行了精密度测定,结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%,加标回收率在88.7%~115%之间,回收率的RSD皆小于10%.该方法切实可行、样品前处理简单、结果稳定性好,适用乳与乳制品中锡质量浓度的检测. tin utensils for milk and dairy products, to establish the appropriate tin detection method for the detection of food safety testing ba- sis. with microwave digestion of milk and dairy products samples, determination of tin atomic fluorescence spectrometry; By optimizing the concentration of the reducing agent, the carrier fluid, the experimental conditions, to achieve the ideal content of milk and dairy products to detect tin. This method is practical, simple sample preparation, the results of stability for the detection of milk and dairy products in tin content.
