Analysis on the Relationship between New Generation Migrant Workers' Non-institutionalized Interest Expression and City Public Safety

在成功案例示范与鼓励下,部分新生代农民工在自身合法权益受损后往往选择非制度化的利益表达方式,从而给城市经济发展、社会安全以及民主法治进程带来诸多负面影响。新生代农民工之所以采取非制度化方式表达其利益诉求主要源于制度化渠道的"形宽实窄"以及现行城市管理存在的"制度歧视"。唯有采取针对性的举措,我们才有可能减少该类表达行为的发生,从而提升城市公共安全水平。

With encouragement from the successful experience,some new generation migrant workers often choose the non institutionalized interest expression when their rights and interests damaged. Theier behaviors likely to influence the city＆#39;s economic development,social security,and the rule of law process. For the non institutionalized interest expression originate from silting and inefficient of the formal expression channel,but also the flaws of city management. So,only we take corresponding measures,can we reduce the incidence of non institutionalized interest expression behavior,improve the ur ban public safety.
