摘要
考虑到电力系统运行状态的不确定性对静态电压稳定预防控制的影响,提出了静态电压稳定预防控制的风险评估方法。该方法首先根据关键预想故障发生的概率及其严重性确定出不同的关键预想故障集合;然后针对各故障集合建立了具有全二次特点的静态电压稳定预防控制优化模型,得到相应的预防控制策略;最后对实施不同控制策略后的系统进行静态电压稳定风险评估,根据静态电压稳定风险指标以及预防控制代价确定出合理的预防控制策略。IEEE 14节点系统的仿真分析表明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
A method of risk assessment is proposed for the static voltage stability preventive control,which considers the uncertainty of power system operation state. Different critical preventive contingency sets are determined according to their occurrence probabilities and severities,and the quadratic optimal model of static voltage stability preventive control is then built for each set to obtain the corresponding preventive control strategy. The static voltage stability risk assessment is carried out for the obtained preventive control strategies and the rational preventive control strategy is then determined according to the static voltage stability risk index and the preventive control cost. Simulative analysis for IEEE 14-bus system verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
