对韶钢8号高炉长周期顺行生产实践进行了总结。通过重视对原燃料的管理,维持合理的操作炉型,加强对铜冷却壁渣皮的控制,制订合适的热制度、造渣制度,完善出铁管理等措施的实施,迄今实现了16个月的长周期顺行生产,取得了高产、低耗的生产技术指标。

The author summarizes long-term smooth production of Shaoguan Steel＇s No. 8 blast furnace. The furnace has remained smooth running at high output and low energy consumption for over 16 months up to now thanks to a series measures taken, like strengthening the management of raw materials and fuels, maintaining reasonable operating furnace profile and enhancing control of slag skull on copper stave in addition to setting up appropriate thermal system and slagging system and optimizing HM tapping management.
