摘要
采用水解酸化+A/O+混凝沉淀工艺处理某医药保健品生产过程中的废水,废水主要来源于洗药废水、提取废水、洗瓶废水、车间地面冲洗水和厂区人员生活污水等,含有大量有机污染物含量废水。实际运行结果表明,在进水COD为500~1600mg/L时,对COD、NH3-N和SS的平均去除率分别达到92.13%、86%和82.7%,出水水质达GB21906-2008排放要求。处理效果良好,系统运行稳定,工艺切实可行,可为中成药废水处理提供参考借鉴。
The Chinese patent medicine wastewater containing a lot of organic contaminant, which generated from drug washing, extraction, bottle washing water, workshop ground flush water, the factory sewage, was treated by hydrolysis acidification +A/O+ coagulating sedimentation process. The operation results showed that the removal rates of COD, NH3-N and SS were 92.13%, 86% and 82.7%, respectively, when the influent COD was 500-1600 mg/L, and the effluent water quality met the Discharge Requirement of GB 21906-2008. The treatment effect was good, the system operation was stable and treatment technology was practicable, which could provide reference for Chinese patent medicine wastewater treatment.
