摘要 采用隔油调节-气浮-水解酸化-序批式活性污泥法(SBR)工艺处理高污染物含量肉类加工食品废水,工程水处理量为800m3/d,进水COD、BOD5和NH3-N、SS的质量浓度分别为3 100 mg/L、1 330 mg/L和58、500 mg/L,处理后出水分别为103.3 mg/L、56.38 mg/L和5.68、28.96 mg/L。处理效果较好,处理后的水质能达到DB 21/1627-2008所规定的食品加工业排水标准,可以直接排入市政管网进入污水处理厂,且运行费用低,处理成本仅1.21元/t。 Choose the grease conditioning/flotation/anaerobic/SBR as process to treat the meat produced foods wastewater which has the high concentration of pollutants. The project of water treatment capacity is 800 m3/d, the average concentrations of COD, BOD5 and mass concentration ofNH3-N, SS were 3 100 mg/L, 1 330 mg/L and 58 mg/L, 500 mg/L, respectively. The treated water concentration can reach 103.3 mg/L, 56.38 mg/L, 5.68 and 28.96 mg/L, respectively. Good treatment effect can be achieved by grease conditioning/flotation/anaerobic/SBR process, the effluent can meet requirement of food wastewater discharge standard level of DB 21/1627- 2008, the effluent can be directly discharged into sewage treatment plant through the municipal pipe network, and the process has the advantages of low operating cost, treatment cost of each ton water is 1.21 ¥/t.
